Executive Director, Yididiel Ben Asiel
Yididiel is the founder of MBW. He also specializes in Technical (IT) and Social Development Engineering, Civil Aviation Pilot, Communications Specialist, Professional Certified Computer Technician. Yididiel's, love and compassion for his community gave birth to the vision for MBW. He is committed to going the extra mile required to make the community in Arad a self sustaining society of intelligent and strong individuals.
Assistant Director, Marcus B. Chism, MA.
Marcus is a Language Arts and Communications Specialist with additional background in Community Growth and Development. He has had thousands of hours of classroom teaching experience, as well as Youth Counseling positions. Training in computer applications of Self Expression skills has made him an Ideal partner for Yiddidiel and perfect co-founder for MBW Amutah.
